I can’t recommend Active Spinal enough both for soft tissue work / adjustments and physical therapy. Love active release approach that they practice. They quite literally saved my neck and shoulder. Of course, one has to follow their recommendations and do exercises at home to get best results. Not only Dr Armen and Dr Tristan are the utmost professionals, they are also genuinely nice and caring people with a great sense of humor, so I look forward to my appointments with them. I drive 45 mins each way to see them, they are that good!
